Uit het persbericht: At its last meeting the Preparatory Committee agreed the Rules on Mediation for the UPC. The Rules will be subject to legal scrubbing and some further work may be necessary to align them with other rules. However, in the interests of transparency and to keep users updated on the current work programme of the Committee, the Chair has agreed the Rules are published in their current form and can be found here.
